This assignment asks you to use the behavioral approach to interviewing rather than the closed/traditional methods of interviewing, and write a short paper about what you learned. You should use the job description you have created for your final project as the basis for your interview.

You will develop 3-5 behavioral based questions to use in the interview. These questions should be different from the questions you developed in the previous Final Project - Part 2 assignment, since that assignment served a different purpose (preparing you for the final project). Use the Behavioral Interviewing article for ideas.

Identify an individual either within your work organization or a colleague. For this assignment, you will be the interviewer and the colleague/coworker will be the applicant. To complete this assignment:

• Identify an individual either within your work organization or a colleague.
• Write your interview questions and upload them to the drop box by Tuesday of this week so that you receive instructor feedback prior to conducting the mock interview.
• Conduct the mock interview.
• Write your short paper. In your paper, list each of the 3-5 questions you developed and the responses that were obtained from those questions. Provide a reflection on the effectiveness of this interview approach.
