This assignment has 3 parts: generate a gantt chart showing main activities with their main sub-activities (see week 5 presentation) generate a one line milestone chart. In a one line chart all the milestones appear on the same line put them into section 2.6 of the statement of work template (attached) some good rules to follow when scheduling: Use full scope of project Use constant level of effort (i.e. 40 hour work weeks) Use unique names for activities Use your WBS activities Most relationships should be FS (finish to start) Avoid leads and lags, especially long leads/lags No negative or long floats Avoid split activities Avoid date constraints but if exist put into milestones Avoid long durations and express in the same units
