This assignment has four parts. You may submit it entirely in a text document, or in a combination of a text document and spreadsheet. The format can be your choice as long as you cover each part of the assignment. Your submission should be at least four pages in length (Note: one spreadsheet in Excel counts as one page for this assignment). Part 1: Develop a Resource Breakdown Structure In Unit IV, you developed the work breakdown schedule (WBS) to multiple levels, including work packages, at the lowest level based on the initial project requirements you selected. Also, you were asked to identify all the available resources in-house and resources required externally for this project. For Part 1, develop a resource breakdown structure (RBS) to estimate the total budget of the project. Please refer to Exhibit 9.3 in your textbook for an example of how this should look
