The template provided is a GUIDE ONLY to ensure you include important information. It will be used to evaluate the completeness of your submission. Your plan must be written as a formal document with correct paragraph and sentence structure. Also, see the note on APA formatting.

• Section 1: Introduction and Business Description Overview of your company, company name, services provided, and your organizations mission and values. A mantra can also be included if youd like.
• Section 2: Company Code of Ethics and Social Responsibility Commitment A business, as well as your personal brand, is built on honesty and integrity. First, create a code of ethics for your business. This is a formal, written document that defines the ethical standards of an organization and gives employees and other stakeholders the information they need to make ethical decisions across a range of situations. Then develop a statement of your commitment to social responsibility; that is, how your business will contribute to society. This can be related to environmental practices or community giving and/or sharing of profits (e.g., donating a portion of profits to help Habitat for Humanity, giving seniors a discount on services).
