This assignment is about assessing and evaluating the ethical performance of the 3M, and I want to carried out with an ethics scorecard.

Requests:

1. Create an original ethics scorecard for 3M which will include the items/criteria that you plan to use for this evaluation.

The items/criteria can be made up of:

1. general items that will apply to all organizations
2. items specific to the industry/sector
3. items specific to the company/organization/corporation that you are studying
4. items specific to the year 2021

Please identify the items according to the above specifications and/or any other category that you might come up with.

2. Evaluate the 3Ms ethical performance on an item by item basis for the year 2021 using the scorecard you have created in step one. For each item provide the data/information/document(s) etc. that you are using in the evaluation. You also need to develop your own scoring system for this step. (50)

3. Write an overall ethical performance evaluation for the 3M for the year 2021.
