Imagine that you have been asked to outline the traits, skills, and characteristics describing a successful leader in your professional field. Considering your experiences and course readings, develop a sketch describing the traits, knowledge and skills defining leadership for individual in your field of work. Research the related professional literature and support your sketch with appropriate documentation (minimum 4 references). Submit your work as a PowerPoint (7-10 slides) and include a one page summary. Be sure to use references to support your statements, comments.

You will need to include the following: 1. Introduction: provide a summary statement about the nature of your professional field. Clearly describe the goals pursued by your profession and audience served. 2. Vision for successful leadership: Describe the vision for leading successfully your organization.
