Using the risk log Download risk log, score your risks based on external and internal factors as well as information on the competition, which you found in news articles and materials about the organization. Once scored, develop your risk heat map using excel. Develop a chart that takes the values of likelihood on the "X" axes and "Y" for values of Impact.
