Uses lesson plan template 5 Resources Required thoroughly lists all required resources needed to deliver the team icebreakers. Any required videos, power points, URL links, or images included in appendix.

Purpose of Icebreaker (Training Objectives) thoroughly describes the purpose of icebreaker and provides evidence to support and validate purpose as a wellness or energizer activity.

Icebreaker Facilitator Instructions: Instructions given in a step-by-step sequence and sufficiently clear for a facilitator to be able to use to deliver the icebreaker independently.
