This assignment is semi$-$cumulative, and students will have to pull from previously learned information and gather new information to accomplish the assignment. The first thing the student must do is use ifconfig to gather the IP address of the Linux VM$.$ Next, they must gather information from the windows machine using a command line. The command line utility scp is introduced for the first time and students will have to conduct research to make this work. The processing of the Windows created file will most likely be three separate lines that are going to be concatenated to the processed file. Industrious students may find a way to do it with less.
