What are your accomplishments that may have a connection to future career aspirations? What are your weaknesses that perhaps can be strengthened? Goal setting- what would be an ideal job/career for you? In relation to this, where would you like to be/what would you like to happen over the next 5-10 years? To prepare for your future, what are you willing to do now and over the longer term to prepare yourself for this job/career? (B) If you were an employee working in the HR department of an organization hiring for your ideal job/career: (1) what sources would you use (where would you look) to recruit candidates? Why? (2) What steps would you include in the selection process to help choose the best candidate? Why? Organize your discussion approximately around the above topic areas. Discuss the above issues in about 4 pages (give or take), single-spaced
