This assignment requires that you build an application for a Health Club that will help the employees calculate membership fees. The program should allow the user $($employee$)$ to select a membership type, membership length, additional club options $($Yoga$,$ Karate, etc..$),$ and calculate and display the monthly fee as well as the total for the length of the membership. The total is simply based on the calculated membership fee per month $($member type and additional options$)$ and the length of the membership in months.
