3. Define and describe the legal concepts and rules applicable to the news story;

4. Analyze how the legal concepts/rules identified have impacted the business; a. The impact could be positive or negative

5. Provide you recommendation for how the situation could be prevented, remedied, corrected, etc. a. If its a contract issue, should the agreement have included different language? b. Would a change in company policy, training, oversight, etc. have changed the outcome?
