The Objective

The objective of this assignment is to:

develop your skill in writing a case study,

enhance your critical and analytical thinking skills when faced with HRD problems / issues,

develop your ability to produce several alternatives in solving HRD problems / issues, and

refine your digital skills to search for relevant information and use any graphic/image/pictures/tables/illustrations to present information.

Assignment Instructions

For the purpose of this assignment, each student will:

write a case study on any HRD issue which you or your organization has experienced using the guidelines provided,

highlight the issue/problem,

discuss and justify your recommendations/alternative solutions to solve the problem in the case study
