Sometimes, change is thrust upon us and forces us down a new career path we didn't expect. This is certainly the case for Janet Echelman. Imagine that you are Janet Exhelman, and you've been asked to speak to a group of college students who are getting ready to graduate. Using this TED Talk and any other resources, create something (a speech, a presentation, an image/design, a flyer, a photo with inspirational quote/text....you choice) that you would use to help share the message that creativity is necessary to be successful, and happy, in the world of work, with these high school students.
