This assignment uses data on Santa Fe Grill employees from the Connect textbook resources. It is based

on the dataset referenced in the assignment on Drexel Learn $($available in SPSS or Excel format$).$ The

questionnaire used to collect the information is available in Chapter $10$ and is shown as Exhibit $10\mathrm{.}2.$

Using your preferred statistical analysis software $($R or SPSS$),$ answer the following questions. Please

provide screenshots of your analytical results in addition to explaining your findings.

$1.$ How related are the work environment perceptions related to each other? Are any of them

closely linked? $($Hint: You may want to examine correlations between the perceptions, which

are Q$1$ through Q$12$ in the survey$).$

$2.$ How do these work perceptions influence or relate to $($a$)$ the feeling that Santa Fe Grill is a good

organization to work for. as measured by Q$13,$ and $($b$)$ the employee$$s likelihood to quit, as

measured by Q$18?($Hint: You will need to determine whether multiple factors are related to

each of the two outcomes using separate analysis for the two outcomes.$)$

$3.$ Is there a difference in likelihood to quit based on $($a$)$ the employee$$s full$-$time or part$-$time

status, and $($b$)$ the length of time the employee has worked at Santa Fe Grill, as measured by

Q$22($where $1=$ less than one year, $2=$ one to three years, and $3=$ more than three years$)?$
