This assignment will allow you to conduct research and develop a Literature Review on a current and relevant organizational issue on (Leadership and Job Satisfaction). Make sure to develop a research question that encompasses the issue you are researching Leadership and Job Satisfaction. Start looking for literature on this topic (you will need to access the UIW library to select valid peer-reviewed articles). According to Creswell and Creswell (2017), "The literature review accomplishes several purposes. It shares with the reader the results of other studies that are closely related to the one being undertaken. It relates a study to the larger, ongoing dialogue in the literature, filling in gaps and extending prior studies (Cooper, 2010; Marshall & Rossman, 2016) See p. 29 of the assigned textbook. Put together a literature map, see Figure 2.1 from Ch. 02 Use three of the sources (literature found) and write the literature review, following the examples in Ch. 02 (se examples 2.1 and 2.2)
