2- What is it about this ADHD diagnostic process that makes it efficient or not for customers?

3- How do the employees in this ADHD diagnostic process evaluate their own efficiency? Is it the same as the customers point of view?

4- Modig uses the analogy when you are on an island, it is like you are in a tent and it is fantastic!
