(10 marks) Next, you will explain how COVID-19 has had an impact on this organization. Did it have to temporarily close or not. What steps did the organization take in terms of managing their employees? Have they since re-opened? Have they hired employees back to the company? What precautions are being taken to protect the health and safety of not only their employees, but also their guests.
