Submit by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. EST/EDT. Conduct an analysis of the MeTL/White board program accessible from 'WhiteBoard' in your course. Include the following sections in your report: * Introduction, Purpose (Explain the project plan to key stakeholders and discuss its key components) * Selected Application enhancement (what you are going to do) * Six Thinking Hats (defining-relating the steps you took in the selection of the application) * Define roles and responsibilities * Scope (to include: Statement, estimated baseline or WBS, estimated schedule) * Project Risks * Communication
