The company is contacted by customers when they need packing and moving service. The company provides them with a quote based on estimated weight. This is different from the actual invoice which is based on actual measurements. The company employs personnel with different skills, including drivers, packers, office staff etc. They own trucks of various sizes suitable for moving different sized loads. In actual moving jobs, smallest details are captured. For example, the articles to be transported are arranged in boxes that are labeled with unique IDs.
