This capstone project has been designed to allow you to take the knowledge you have gained through the Specialization and put that knowledge into practice. In the capstone, you should have already created several of the key planning deliverables that have been discussed in the capstone course. You will begin the capstone project by meeting seven key course objectives that will lend in writing part of the project charter. You will build on the information you have learned to define your project, and then ultimately create a schedule, budget, WBS, RAM, etc. The goal is for you to use what you have learned in previous courses and to perform your own research to complete a 7 part capstone project. Your work will be peer-reviewed by your classmates. In turn, you will peer-review the work of other classmates.
Course objectives you will achieve upon completion of this course:
- Write a narrative charter statement
- Create a work breakdown structure
- Sequence project activities
- Build a project schedule

In the Capstone course, detailed information has been provided to you on each section of your project deliverables throughout the course.
