This class has taught me a lot about project management and designing from the beginning to the end of the project, and did show how to break down the steps, or task in the project itself. This course also expressed the different charting methods and systems that can be utilized by the project design manager, and this of course is including the CEO and the stakeholders as well. When initiating a brand-new project for someone, or the company that you work with, can become a daunting task, especially when it is your first project. Keeping the project on time, within budget, and managing the resources, building materials, and the individuals involved can be overcome at times. The PMP certification for the PMI would greatly increase the overall product of the project by keeping track of all the task required to complete the project, and by having the certificate in the project design also increases your awareness and ability to be able to complete the project or product efficiently, and in a timely manner due to have the education needed.
