This consists of two case studies. One which is based on a specific industry sector and the second covering an entire country. When reading these case studies try to:

1. Identify the scope of work of these projects.
2. The plans that went into the project.
3. The knowledge areas directly or indirectly referred to within the case studies and out it is integrated in order to enable the successful completion of the project.
4. The project success factors and benefits.
