This course is designed as a refresher course for students who need to brush up on their human resource knowledge and want to get a broad overview of the six functional areas of the HR Body of Knowledge: Business Management and Strategy, Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, and Risk Management.
The Comprehensive Overview of Human Resource Management course is also designed to help students who are preparing for the PHR/SPHR examinations. Achieving the PHR/SPHR certification helps you to establish professional credibility by demonstrating mastery of the HR Body of Knowledge and a visible reminder to coworkers and senior management of the holders expertise.
Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be able to:
