Cool Ads will design and deliver marketing in all media outlets for their customers. They outsource their video production, but perform all post production actions in$-$house. $1.$ The company has $13$ employees. a$.$ Two Administrative Assistants b$.$ One President$/$CEO c$.$ One Executive Assistant d$.$ Three Marketing Account Managers e$.$ Three Marketing Designers f$.$ Two Human Resources $/$ Finance administrators g$.$ One Everything IT employee $2.$ They require high quality color printing as well as general printing needs. $3.$ They require a high bandwidth Internet connection $($upload and download$)$ to serve their video and audio from their internal web server. $4.$ Their President needs a powerful laptop, but without the weight. $5.$ Their Account Managers need powerful laptops. $6.$ Their Designers need workstations that can perform animation and video, audio, and photo editing without delay. $7.$ They need to share files via a common file system. $8.$ They require information security to keep their customer$$s information safe from compromise. $9.$ They have a budget of $$100,000$ for this project. This includes the first year of Internet bandwidth costs. The deliverable for this project is a written presentation. The presentation may be either a Word document or PowerPoint presentation. It must include high level network diagram$/$s for Cool Ad$$s proposed network. As well, it must include an itemized list of each device with associated cost, and show the total cost for the project and the written justification for your selections.
