This course requires you to compose two (2) separate reviews on the video documentaries listed below. These reviews are primarily opinion-based, meaning you are not required to research, develop and list references unless desired. Make sure to utilize the required headings that are listed below in the actual body of your paper. (Summary, Main Points, Implication, Evaluation, Conclusion - list each prior to the applicable paragraphs). Your paper should be a minimum of seven hundred and fifty words for full credit consideration. 1. Utilize the following five headings in the actual body of your paper when writing your review: (type out "Summary" and then respond to that aspect, they type "Main Points" and then respond to that aspect, etc.) CRIMINAL JUSTICE VIDEO REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CRJ two thousand and thirty Page 2 of 2 Summary: Provide a summary/overview of the video documentary (this section is usually one or two paragraphs that provides an overview of the information presented) Main Points: Discuss the main points and overall theme of the documentary (this section will be fairly lengthy - make sure to fully explain/discuss the main points of the video and use specifics from the film) Implication: Explain how the topic of the documentary relates to the field of criminal investigations and what implication the content/results of the video may hold in relation to the overall profession (this may or may not be the largest part/section of your paper) Evaluation: Provide your personal viewpoint of the video and discuss your opinion on how well the topic was explained/addressed. This is where you can also comment on whether the video was a clear, thorough and useful explanation of the topic (this will also be a fairly lengthy section) Conclusion: In this section, provide a summary of how this video documentary has either changed or reinforced your personal viewpoint on the particular topic (summarize in a one or two paragraph overview) Formatting Instructions: Each Review Paper should be a minimum seven hundred and fifty words in length
