This exercise is designed to provide with experience in looking at ethernet data Wireshark. In this

exercise you will start Wireshark and perform a short capture. You will then view any packet and

drill down into the Ethernet information, show the source and destination MAC address and

creating a screenshot. To complete this exercise, follow these steps:

a$.$ Start Wireshark and perform a capture on the desired interface.

b$.$ Once you have captured some data, select any packet from the packet list panel by clicking on it$.$

c$.$ In the packet details panel, expand the "Ethernet II$"$ section to view the source and destination

MAC addresses.

d$.$ Take a screenshot of the packet details panel showing the Ethernet information. If you don$$t

know how to create a screenshot there are many tutorials on the Internet. Do NOT take a

picture of the screen using your phone or a camera.

e$.$ Save the screenshot to a file with a descriptive name that includes your last name.

f$.$ Submit the screenshot as part of your assignment.
