This experiment is to test the outage probability for Rayleigh fading signal. Keep the variance of X and Y as ²=50. Obtain n=1000 realization of ||2 via =+, calculate the average of these samples and compare it with ². Count the number of samples whose value is less than 50 (the threshold) and divide this number by 1000.
