THIS IS A class discussion and I would like to respond with 2 paragraph and 1 peer reviwed article

Through reviewing another person's paper, I learned about different writing styles. I also learned about common grammatical errors that I can now look for in my own writing. Lastly, I learned how to critique someone else's work and give constructive feedback.

Sampling involves taking a portion of the population being studied, and using the data obtained from that group to draw conclusions about the population as a whole (Bobbitt, 2018). There are different types of sampling methods that can be used to strengthen my paper. For my paper about mandated nurse-to-patient ratios in the emergency department and its effect on patient care and nurse burn out, I think simple random sampling would be most beneficial. Simple random sampling is where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected to be a part of the sample (Bobbitt, 2018). This means any emergency room patient can be picked at random to participate in the study as well as any emergency room nurse.

There are many types of ethical dilemmas that an be present in research. In my study, something that is important is maintaining privacy and confidentiality. Since researchers would have access to patient names while reviewing wait times and reported errors it is important that all medical information remains confidential.
