REPORTED BY: Jagbir singh gill TITLE / ROLE: Security Officer DATE OF REPORT: 07-10-2021 INCIDENT NUMBER: 7782 120 INCIDENT INFORMATION DATE and TIME INCIDENT TYPE Alarm OF INCIDENT: 1 LOCATION: Grand Arena Shopping Complex CITY: Sunnyside STATE: Blanktown SPECIFIC AREA OF LOCATION (if applicable): Tenancy G57 POST CODE: 5632 INCIDENT DESCRIPTION This is jagbir singh gill, On Thursday morning I was working as a Mobile patrol officer for Outlander Security Security in the CBD of Blanktown City, shift started from 0001 - 1200 I found the alarm activation coming from Smokemart, tenancy G57. I informed control room of the activation and approach the tenancy. As I got approximately 5 metres from the entrance the alarm stops and a female exits the tenancy, i identified myself and instruct her to stop where she is She identified herself as Brianna Smallwood, the daughter of the owner Rebecca Smallwood. Brianna and provides me with identification confirming her identity. I comunicated with my control room, who contacted Rebecca and confirmed that Brianna was due to be onsite. She informing me that she had forgotten the alarm code and panicked 1 escorted Brianna to entrance 5, unlocked the entrance, allowed Brianna to depart and security the entrance behind me.I returned to entrance 2 and inspect for damage, It did not appear to be any damage and when I switched the doors to open and then back to off they appeared to close normally
