One way to improve operations is to conduct a Value Stream Map (see textbook, section 14.4). Your assignment in this discussion thread is to decide on a process at a Wawa store, such as pumping fuel, or preparing food, or checking out with your purchases. For the process you have selected, write out at least five (5) steps that you have seen, and then decide how you as a Wawa Manager would have the process performed better/differently.
