This is a group activity. You will be placed in a group of four to six students and choose a role to act out within the team. Roles will be assigned on a first$-$come, first$-$served basis. Each team will consist of the following roles:

One Scrum Master

One Product Owner

One or more testers

One or more developers

Read the Vision Quest Software Case Study linked in the Guidelines and Rubric for this activity. Using the case study, assume your selected role and imagine you are transitioning from waterfall to Agile. This is a trial process as the company aims to learn the most effective approach to implementing a new methodology. As the culture shift occurs, it is important to communicate with your team members and discuss which Agile practices and aspects should be incorporated into your team. If you disagree with any practices, provide justification to your team for why they should not be included.

You must engage with your team starting at the beginning of the module. Students who have not actively participated and contributed to the group discussion will not earn credit. You must create your initial post by Day Three of Module Six. By Day Five of the module, you must reply to two teammates. By the last day of the module, you will reach an agreement with your teammates on a recommendation for Agile practices.
