This is a group task. With your group members, you need to discuss and brainstorm regarding the workplace safety and measurements at any Canadian workplace that you have worked/working currently. With your group members you need to identify the following criteria: -

Organizations' name and brief description ( Each of the group member's current/previous workplace need to be mentioned) -Workplace safety measurement for each of the organization in order - Critical incident or accident reporting procedures - Chemical/Mechanical Hazards and waste material handling process - Stress and Trauma handling procedures - Training condition about safety at your workplace -Your learning and recommendation

Discussion all of these issues with each other and create a report on this topic. You also need to present your findings with your classmates on week 9, Nov. 4. The report should be maximum of 15 pages excluding the cover page and the references. The presentation file should be prepared accordingly. Each group will have 15 minutes to share your work.
