Create a functional unit that can perform shift operations. Your unit should be able to shift its input either left (sll) or right (srl/sra) and accepts the number of bits to shift either from the instruction or from a register. Your functional unit should be able to complete any shift operation within one cycle, that means that you cannot store a temporary result in a register to feed it back into the shift unit the next cycle to create an iterative solution.
