This is a team development project and I need help with it since none of my team members are helping.

Each team must: 1. Create a team name, identity, and cohesive plan of how you will approach the Final Case Study Organizational Behavior Field Audit. 2. Create a team contract of expectations, roles, meeting times, expectations, and responsibilities to submit to Moodle. Set up a Microsoft Teams channel to share information (please include me, your instructor, in this Microsoft Teams group, as this will provide information for final grade determination and demonstrate the participation of all team members). Determine celebratory behaviors. Also, determine how to deal with problems or lack of performance. You can see an example of a contract within the Team Development Project section in Moodle. 3. You must also identify two different medium- sized companies for your Final Case Study Organizational Behavior Field Audit. If one or more of your team members works at an organization that fits this identity, you are encouraged to choose one of those options for this assignment, as this will make it easier to complete the field audit. If however, no one in your group works at a medium-sized company or organization or knows anyone who does, please reach out to me, your instructor for some possible options or ideas. 4. You must also identify fifteen (15) questions you might ask EACH of these two organizations. You can do this by creating a list and/or matrix of "to look fors." In the matrix, identify why you think you need that material. Questions MUST be approved in advance of the interview.
