The team will develop a process flow of how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

a$)$ Think of yourselves $($Team$)$ as a business entity $($no need to worry about cash payments$)$ serving customers.

b$)$ Customers to be Local community school $($for children in Kindergarten$).$

c$)$ You offer a refined selection of Breads, Jellies, Peanut Butters, & even a combined $($Premixed PB&J Combo$)$ offering.

d$)$ The scope of work begins with the customer order and ends with the delivered finished product. Remember to: Keep Track of Processing Time!

$4.$ Generate an initial Charter for this Business.

$5.$ Create the Process Flow Map using software $($Visio or MS word$).$ Connect the process boxes as you go or when you are comfortable with the flow. Focus on: Sandwich making process details!

$6.$ Create an initial outline of the process $($Pencil & Paper$)$ high level view to help organize your thoughts. Generate a SIPOC.
