Use case 1: Equipment procurement management 1. Faculty member fills in the purchase form to apply for purchasing equipment. 2. Equipment Department collects all the purchase forms. 2.1 If the unit price of the equipment is equal to or greater than 200,000, then equipment department purchases the equipment by bidding purchase. 2.2 Else if the unit price of the equipment is lower than 200,000, equipment department calculate the total price of the same type of equipment. 2.2.1 If the total price is no more than 200,000, it shall be purchased on site; otherwise, it shall be purchased through bidding.
