Use case 2:

Equipment acceptance and warehousing management Equipment acceptance and warehousing management refers to the acceptance, account creation and reimbursement of equipment purchased by equipment department. The faculty member who apply for equipment is the recipient and is responsible for acceptance and warehousing.

1. The recipient confirms the purchase form in the system and input the information of the equipment including the price, manufacturer, purpose, storage location, photo of the invoice, photo of the equipment and so on.

2. The recipient signs on the receipt.

3. The equipment department reviews the purchase form.

3.1 If the equipment on the purchase form is accepted and warehoused correctly, equipment department approve the purchase form. Then the recipient is notified to go to the planning and finance department for reimbursement

3.2 Else equipment department sends the message to tell the recipient why his confirmation is not approved. The recipient shall resubmit for review after solving the problem.
