This is Acceptance Criteria that I wrote by using SMART.
However, my professor want me to include something quantitative.
Can anyone help to fix it
When our customer experiences a problem while transacting, we solve the problem by following this.
Specific- We must find and resolve the issues that customers are facing with our POS systems
Measurable- We will continue to show each iteration of progress, and gather feedback from our client
Attainable- Given that we have client feedback, and will have survey feedback we should be able to access the problem and fix it
Relevant- We always want a satisfied customer and our long-term goal is smooth operation of the POS systems, therefore by assessing and fixing the problem with the POS system we should be able to fix the issue.
Time-based- every other week we will meet and fill out a new iteration of our progress toward finding, solving, and implementing a solution to our problem.
