Question: This is actually my answer sheet because i don't have the original question but the question is that convert (11.01x2^2) x (-1.1x2^2) Into IEEEE-32 bit

This is actually my answer sheet because i don't have the original question but the question is that convert (11.01x2^2) x (-1.1x2^2) Into IEEEE-32 bit floating point. The two numbers are both in binary and i haven't seen any binary with a negative sign so i was confused and didn't know what to do. So i did what i could do at that time , and this are the answer that i got. Is it correct? Or if it is not, would anyone please elaborate on this question as this question has been on the back of my head these past few days. Thank you
