Problem (100 points): 1. Read the following narrative, which describes the data/information requirements for a Re- search Department at a university. A Research Department at a university needs a database for research personnel, which consists of professors and graduate students. Every researcher is identified by social security number. The Department stores the name of each researcher and all available contact phone number (if any). In addition, the Department needs to know the essential information about all academic degrees received: the type of degree (B.A., Ph.D, M.S., etc..) and the university, year, and major field of study for each degree. For each professor, the Department records the grants he/she received. Each grant is filed under a Department-wide unique grant number, together with the amount of money it brought in, and the date it was received. A grant is always received by one professor never shared. For each graduate student, the Department records the year he entered the program. Researchers work together on projects. A project may include any number of researchers. However, it always has a single project leader, who has to be a professor.
