1. For this assignment, I ask that you draw from your own past work experience, or that of a friend of family member, or simply use your daily activities in determining a business process.

2. Select a business process that is critical to the success of an organization. Describe this process in detail and describe why or how this process is critical to the success of the organization.

3. Once you have selected and described your critical business process, draw a process map.

4. Next, identify, in detail, how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of this process and draw a new processes map outlining the new steps in the improved process.

5. Choose any process chart discussed in class.
