Tuckmans theory of the stages of group development has five steps. You need to explain the steps using examples from your own experience. For example, if you were a team member of a committee responsible for organizing your companys annual dinner, you could share how you and your team members carried out the tasks to make the event a success.

Describe the five stages according to the question, based on your experience, you are required to provide a simple example for each stage of group development.
