QUESTION # 3 Loretta Rogers (Edward Roger's mother), and Melinda Rogers-Hixon and Martha Rogers (his sisters), are not happy with the decision of the British Columbia Supreme Court in Rogers v. Rogers Communications Inc. (2021) BSSC 2184, and come to you, the best corporate lawyer in Vancouver, British Columbia, for a legal opinion on the possibility of appealing this decision to British Columbia Court of Appeal. Please ensure that you, as their lawyer, discuss in your written opinion to them all possible legal issues and arguments, and the chances of success/failure with regard to each (with supporting reasons).
