-I just need an explanation on what is exactly happening in the following lines:

line 14: why does the EAX register showing a 22h in the last byte when the al register segment is updated?

line 16, why does EAX show that value and why the upper 2 bytes of EAX are unaffected?

line 18: moving 33h hex value into ah: explain what is happening here as a result?

Lastly line 20, moving the 4444h hex value into eax, explain the result and why the upper 2 bytes of EAX were cleared although the program updated just last two bytes.
