b. How long would the training session last? What causes the training to take the amount of time that you decided on?

c. What are the key areas to cover in the training session? List the key areas in an outline that clearly shows that you think should be covered in the training session.

d. Can you use any of the same areas you listed in item c above for the manager/appraisers training program? Why or why not?

e. What are the key difference between a training session suitable for managers/appraisers and one geared toward staff employees/appraises?

f. How would you allocate time for the different activities during the training you listed in item c above? Put duration times next to each key area, and describe why you decided how long those key areas should take.
