This is for my course called "Competitive Strategy For Integrated Hospitality Enterprises." The mini-assignment is in two parts. 1. Think about an organization's strategy, which must be part of the hospitality industry. Then, describe it using strategic terminology and concepts. 2. Shift your focus to the implementation of the strategy and evaluate it - is the strategy being implemented effectively? If so, how and why? If not, why not? Be specific in describing how implementation affects strategic success in the scenario. Note any misalignments or areas that could be done better.
