1-Download the complete proteome (..protein.faa) for the bacterium Clostridium phytofermentans from ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/refseq/bacteria/Lachnoclostridium_phytofermentans/representative/GCF_000018685.1_ASM1868v1 (or your favorite bacterial genome sequence). Read each protein into a dictionary as in example 7.13. Then print to a CSV file the fasta header in one column and the corresponding protein sequence in the next column
