Identify a project of your choice and name the project and give a brief one paragraph description of what it is about. Please make sure that the project you choose meets the requirements of a project as described in module 1.

1. Describe how you would determine the budget for the project - major item only (10%)

2. Describe how you would ensure the project is controlled and changes are managed? (10%)

3. What are the risks the project is likely to encounter and how would you go about managing the risks you have listed and project quality (15%)

4. Identify the major items and services you plan to procure for the project. What procurement techniques will you use and why? (15%)

5. What communication style(s) do you plan to use as you manage the project and why do prefer chosen the styles? (10%)

6. Describe how you plan to close your project. Included 2 or 3 lessons learned during the process and how you plan to use the lessons in the future. (15%)

Your submission should have a minimum of 6 brief paragraphs corresponding with the bullet points and the project name /description at the beginning. Note that each paragraph has an assigned grade corresponding to what is expected from you. 10% for correct grammar and punctuation, clear and organized presentation with supporting ideas.

Make sure you are talking a bout a project not a job or employment. Remember a project is a temporary activity to produce a product or a service with a start and end date.

The descriptions must be precise, clear, to the point and grammatically correct. Please reread what you are responding to and what you have write before submission to ensure that common errors are corrected
