Think of a situation where there was a faulty interaction (people involved in a decision did not share their thoughts and in the end the decision was changed.) You may think of a work situation or activity related to volunteering, a club, sports team, etc. It is acceptable to select a situation you read about for your reflection.

In your reflection, be sure to explain the situation and then provide some ideas for how the situation would have led to a better decision using openness, candor, informality, closure, follow-through, and feedback - specifically discuss 3 of these for your situation.
